WHO WE ARE
This website is owned and operated by Email Marketing Co (ABN 97 664 830 835), of South Australia, Australia ("Email Marketing Co", "we", "us", "our"). "You" and "your" mean the individual accessing this website or dealing with us.
We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles ("APPs"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access, correct or complain about it.
By using this website you agree to this policy. Please also read our Terms of Service.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name and website, your role, and anything else you choose to tell us — for example when you request an audit, book a call, complete a form, email us, or become a client.
Business information you give us access to. If we work with you or prepare an audit, you may give us access to your email or SMS platform, your website analytics, or similar systems. That access may expose information about your own customers. We treat that information as confidential, use it only to perform the work you have asked us to do, and do not use it for any other purpose.
Technical information we collect automatically. Your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view and how long you spend on them, and similar analytics data.
We do not collect sensitive information (such as health information, or information about your race, religion or political views) and we ask that you do not send it to us.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal information to:
• respond to your enquiry and prepare and deliver the audit or service you asked for

• improve our website, our services and our marketing
• meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations
We will not use your information for a purpose unrelated to the above without telling you first.
